Why do Coreban Stand Up Paddle Boards Stand OUT?
Coreban is unique brand due to the fact that they are a Core SUP company with a dedicated crew who are passionate about stand up paddling as a sport and seeing it grow. They are proud to manufacture SUP products of the highest quality. Owner, Ivan, has worked with most of the main SUP companies over the past 6 years and has used his experience to develop a high quality product.
Why are Coreban the strongest and lightest SUP board on the market?
The lay-up construction is an EPS foam blank with 200g glass covering. They have a layer of 0.6 wood for extra strength covered by 200g glass fibre epoxy. In the area where you stand they have added an extra layer of 200g fibre glass epoxy. The rails have more layers for added strength. Their boards are vacuum moulded and vacuumed bag which extrudes more of the excess resin and makes the board lighter. Coreban are continuously upgrading their construction and are always looking at ways to improve their boards making them stronger, more durable and lighter.
How was Coreban created?
Coreban was established in 2005 in Hawaii and has been involved with the SUP market from the beginning. They have been developing boards and paddles behind the scenes and launched internationally in 2008. Coreban are continuously developing new products. The Coreban team consists of athletes that are constantly striving to perfect stand up boards for all weather conditions and locations. From family flatwater boards to high performance machines. Designed by stand up paddlers to take your riding to the next level.
